You can track the progress of your holds (reservations) using the 'My items on hold' option. When an item is ready for collection it will say
Available under the availability column.
Please note you have 14 days to collect available items.
When the items you have requested are ready you will be notified by email. To request email notices use the 'Change my address' option and enter your email address.
